Penthouse Digital Media Productions has signed an agreement to launch an SD version of Penthouse HD 1.
This will be part of the TV Extra and Adult Premium Packages on Ziggo, the largest cable operator in the Netherlands.
Penthouse (SD) has launched on June 1, 2013 and is available to 2.9 million customers in standard definition.
“We are very pleased to have entered into this agreement with
Netherlands’ market leader, Ziggo,” said Kelly Holland, managing
director of Penthouse Entertainment.
“We will combine our respective strengths to provide customers the
quality programming they expect and we’re confident that our prestigious
brand appeal will make the Penthouse channel a success for the Ziggo
platform.”
