Fox Sports Eredivisie reaches 900,000 subs
Fox Sports Eredivisie announced it’s passed the milestone of 900,000 subscribers.

Since the start of the football season, football fans benefit from the price drop for Fox Sports Eredivisie with TV platforms like KPN, Caiway, Delta and T-Mobile. The live Eredivisie football has not been available in so many households before.

Frank Rutten, Director of Fox Sports: “Fox Sports Eredivisie is always there for everyone who loves our national football. Together with the Eredivisie clubs, it is our mission to have as many people as possible experience Dutch football, with all clubs and their heroes. The huge growth this season, now exceeding the mildstone of 900,000 subscribers, shows that we are on the right track.”

The explosive growth of Fox Sports Eredivisie is due to the introduction of a new collaboration model with fourteen television platforms, such as KPN, T-Mobile, Caiway and Delta. As a result, Fox Sports Eredivisie 1 is part of the basic TV package at T-Mobile, and KPN customers with ‘KPN Complete’ get the full Fox Sports Eredivisie football free of charge to their package.

Frank Rutten: “We want to thank all Eredivisie fans for their support this year and continue to work with our distribution partners in the coming years to make the most popular competition in the Netherlands accessible to as many people, regardless of which TV provider they have. The goal for next season is to reach the milestone of 1 million subscribers. And that will happen.
